BDRC are celebrating 25 years in business this summer.
In 1991 Dr Cris Tarrant and Ian Stevens, to be joined shortly by Tony Wornell, set up BDRC above an Italian restaurant in Fulham.
Over the years the agency has grown, moved offices, won awards and expanded into new markets. In 2009 the BDRC Group was formed, which now includes full-service agencies in London, Washington, Sydney, Beijing, Singapore, Jakarta and affiliates in South Africa; and operations companies ESA Retail, Perspective Research Services, Viewpoint and Alligator Research. BDRC now operates worldwide - in more than 90 countries last year.
The London office recently celebrated the anniversary at the Grange Holborn Hotel's rooftop bar. The celebrations included a slideshow of social pictures from bygone years (highlighting some of the changes in facial hair amongst the principals!), funny stories and a large cake washed down with copious amounts of fizz.
