BDRC’s award-winning Landlords Panel offers critical insight into the market dynamics of one of the UK’s most important industries. Conducted quarterly and utilising a minimum sample of 1,000 residential property investors, it provides an in-depth investigation of key issues across the industry.

The study provides research into a diverse group of key areas and insight with broad strategic application. Today the survey is used to inform the decisions of mortgage lenders, letting agents, government and charities. Focus areas range from general economic indicators including optimism and market outlook to Buy-to-let, portfolios and tenant profiles.

With an established client base and a flexible subscription model, Landlords Panel enjoys a high profile within the industry and the media. Customised confidential questions can be added to the survey by subscribers looking for bespoke personalized insight. The BDRC Advanced Analytics team offers extra insight to delve deeper into the data.

Landlords Panel offers comprehensive and regular interpretation of the private rental and Buy-to-let sectors for a detailed understanding of the attitudes of property investors.
